Integrative Energy Work

A restorative experience to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and energetic alignment.
Reiki forms the foundation of each session. Depending on your needs this may includes auric field cleansing, chakra balance, vibrational remedies and intuitive care. You'll receive a brief session summary and aftercare guidance to support you beyond your session.

Beyond Inner Sana
Mind–body support for women living with chronic pain and persistent symptoms.
I also offer a separate area of practice supporting women experiencing chronic pain and persistent symptoms, using evidence-based mind–body approaches.
This work sits outside of Inner Sana and is offered within my health professional scope of practice and is not incorporated into kinesiology, Reiki or any other complementary sessions.
