Reiki forms the foundation of each session. Your experience may include: auric field cleanse, chakra assessment & balance, and vibrational remedies and intuitive care depending on your individual needs. You'll receive a summary and aftercare to support you beyond your session.
Your 60 mins experience allows for consultation, approx. 30-40 mins of energy work and a gentle transition.
